Jeff Price, President, is an expert on power markets and technologies. For over four decades, he has advised clients throughout the world on strategies for those technologies and for navigating those markets. Previously, Jeff was President of the Resource Dynamics Corporation, a consulting firm specializing in power generation and industrial energy technologies and electricity markets. Jeff also was President of Competitive Electric Strategies, Inc., which implemented electric power risk management systems. He served on the boards of Energy Buyers Network, LLC, which provided energy management services to large facilities, and EFS Financial Services, Inc., which leased equipment to large energy users through utility programs. MBA in Operations Research and BS in Engineering Physics.
John Caldwell is an expert on electric power economics and regulation. He has extensive experience with utility business models, power market design, utility planning, and microgrids. For many years, John served as the Director of Economics for the Edison Electric Institute where he conducted policy and economic analyses and frequently provided testimony on demand response, renewable integration, and grid modernization. John often spoke at conferences on industry trends and developments, to share research results, and to represent the views of EEI and its membership. He regularly trained member company staff on rate design and other subjects. Earlier, at NiSource, he directed alternative rate programs, served in corporate strategic planning, and was a planning engineer. PhD in Economics, MS in Mathematics, MBA, and BS in Electrical Engineering.
William (Bill) Elliott is a highly-experienced engineer and project developer who has led a wide array of secure government, commercial, and industrial projects over a 40-year career. Bill has developed critical infrastructure resilience projects to provide assured electricity, water, wastewater, and other critical services. He has developed and deployed innovative solutions for critical infrastructure resilience, such as army mission critical facilities and embassies. Projects he led include cyber-secure Operational Technology networks, a microgrid serving multiple high-security facilities, and a test bed for new secure energy technologies. Earlier, Bill managed industrial and commercial construction projects. BS in Civil Engineering.
